Rachel Lindsay Addresses Estranged Husband’s Divorce Petition

During her divorce proceedings, American attorney Rachel Lindsay has addressed her estranged husband’s request for spousal support. Despite this, she has agreed to provide him with a five-figure monthly support amount.

According to TMZ, Lindsay has updated the divorce agreement. The podcaster has proposed that the spousal support be capped at $9,882 per month, depending on her earnings.

In the same divorce documents, Lindsay stated that her monthly income is $61,019, while her estranged husband, Bryan Abasolo, a licensed chiropractor, earns $13,413 per month.

Abasolo, who is seeking spousal support, reported a monthly income of $16,000 in the divorce documents. Lindsay countered this claim, arguing that he earns more, particularly through social media.

Additionally, Lindsay has objected to Bryan’s request for her to cover his attorney’s fees. She stated, “I am not as wealthy as he assumes, and I certainly cannot pay his attorney $75,000 to handle our straightforward divorce. Doing so would leave me without enough funds to pay my own lawyer.”

Lindsay also criticized the portrayal of their lifestyle during their marriage, claiming it was not as luxurious as Abasolo suggested. She noted, “The marital standard of living was far from the glamorous image Bryan projects. We also rarely saw each other or lived together during our short marriage.”

Rachel Lindsay, known for her role on “The Bachelorette,” married Bryan Abasolo on October 4, 2019. The couple separated on December 31, 2023, and filed for divorce on January 2, 2024.

As of 2024, Lindsay is a co-host of the educational podcast “Higher Learning,” which she co-hosts with Van Lathan.
